What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
You will be asked to fill out a new client intake form. This is to help me better understand your needs and choose the proper service to recommend for you to make booking an appointment simple & flawless. It will also better prepare me to walk into our appointment beyond prepared.
The Consultation
You'll notice during the scheduling process there was a consultation form that I had you fill out. We'll sit down and chat about everything on that form plus more. We'll talk about your hair dreams and worst nightmares, and take a look at some inspiration photos so I can get an idea of the things you do, and don't like.
After I have a clear insight into our goal for today's appointment, I'll walk you through what's obtainable, our gameplan for today and future services, the level of maintenance involved in the look you desire, and how to style and care for your new look at home.
After Goodbye
You will receive a personalized message from me to ensure you are still loving your results. I believe in being straight forward and honest. This is where I want to hear if there is something that didn't meet your expectations or if you are obsessed with the results and don't want to change a thing.
