Seeing a new stylist isn't always easy, I get that, so I took away all of the usual stress and confusion through my unique new guest booking experience.

The Consultation
After you've grabbed a coffee or glass of wine and your fave snack, we'll sit down and chat! If, during the scheduling process you filled out a consultation form, at our appointment we'll go over everything on that form plus more. We'll talk about your hair dreams and worst nightmares, and take a look at some inspiration photos so I can get an idea of the things you do, and don't like.

After I have a clear insight into our goal for today's appointment, I'll walk you through what's obtainable, our game plan for today and future services, the level of maintenance involved in the look you desire, and how to style and care for your new look at home.

The Pre-Visit
You will either have requested an appointment or filled out a new client intake form. This is to help me better understand your needs and choose the proper service to recommend for you to make booking an appointment simple & flawless. It will also better prepare me to walk into our appointment beyond prepared. If you requested an appointment I will accept it and follow up with any questions I may have.

After Goodbye
You will receive a personalized message from me to ensure you are still loving your results. I believe in being straight forward and honest. This is where I want to hear if there is something that didn't meet your expectations or if you are obsessed with the results and don't want to change a thing.
